The late Kobe Bryant’s “Italian Camo” Kobe 6 has recently surfaced via in-hand photography. Visually, the Protro version features all of the same components with which the sneaker launched in June 2011. An exact Nike SNKRS release date hasn’t been disclosed by either the Swoosh or Kobe Bryant Estate, but that’s likely to change in the first quarter of 2024.
Ja Morant and the Memphis Grizzlies are ready for the 2022-23 NBA Playoffs. As the second seed in the West, a lot of expectations have been placed on the team, just as they have been on the Nike Ja 1. Unveiled to the world on December 25, 2022 during a game against the Golden State Warriors, Morant’s first signature shoe quickly became one of the most anticipated debuts in recent history. The shoe launches at retailers on April 19, with follow-up styles having surfaced via unofficial and official channels throughout the last few months. The latest arrives in the form of a kid’s pair clad in “White,” “Sundial,” and “Cobalt Bliss.” A camouflage-reminiscent pattern lands on the quarter panels, while the outsole features a paint streak-like finish. Midsoles are speckled with rich blue flair, matching the remainder of the shoe in terms of vibrancy. All together, the kid’s Ja 1 sneaker delivers a fun option for those looking to take their game seriously.
The highly engineered Nike Kobe AD NXT 360 is set to release in yet another Multi-color style this August 1st. This time around, the colorful array of knits is paired with a clean white forefoot and a matching white Swoosh logo, while an orange heel-cap and a translucent emerald green takes over the thin outsole. There certainly are some HTM vibes to this release, although we haven’t seen a proper collaboration from that triumvirate with the Nike Kobe signature model since the Kobe 10. Each year Nike drops an EYBL collection that includes some of their signature sneakers from their basketball division. This year the collection will include the Nike Ja 1. The Nike Ja 1 EYBL gets covered in a Melon Tint mesh upper with Rush Fuchsia, Black, and Jade Ice accents throughout the shoe including on the Nike and Ja branding, midsoles, and outsoles. Finishing details include colorful graphic heels, speckle detailing on the heels of the midsole, mismatched embroidered “12” on the heels, and “EYBL” branding on the lateral ankles.

Although the Air Max 1 “Big Bubble” and Air Max Pulse headlining the Air Max Day releases in March, Nike’s most innovative Air Max drop might be coming next month. That would be debut of the Vapormax 2023 Flyknit, the next iteration of the franchise that debuted back in 2017. Tweaking and refining the model ever so slightly, Nike’s latest delivery of the Vapormax Flyknit family sees a newly engineered knit upper with embedded cables that lock down the lace loops. The Vapormax cushioning unit is carried over from the 2021 model, although the midsole that scoops upwards is slightly retooled. The real change is clearly the aforementioned knit upper. which also makes use of that “unfinished” aesthetic by way of the exposed sponge innards at the ankle.
Suede for autumn? Groundbreaking. For real, though—this Cortez is officially ready for the season. Nike’s running silhouette inspired by London’s music scene and brutalist architecture, the Air Max Pulse, dons minimalist black and grey with a touch of red. Just recently introduced last March, the shoe was endorsed by London musicians, Nia Archives and Jeshi. Meet the Nike Air Max Pulse “Black Cool Grey”. This Air Max Pulse has a tight mesh base in grey from heel to toe. 3D signature profile Swooshes stand out on the medial and lateral mid-panels in white. Synthetic overlays wrap around the bottom of the shoe and partially cover the main Swooshes. A small metallic silver Swoosh sits on the lateral midfoot, right below the partially tucked main Swoosh. A black and grey foam midsole with an exposed Air unit encased in red and a black and translucent red waffle outsole wrap up the design of this sneaker.

Leo Baker‘s first debuted Nike (NYSE:NKE -1.53%) SB signature shoe earlier this year. Announcing that it would be arriving in 2023 in a variety of colorways, the Nike SB React Leo is slated to release in “Cacao Wow.” For his first signature shoe, Baker took inspiration from his favorite SBs, specifically the SB Bruin High, for its design process. The shoe comes dressed in cacao wow, black, earth and gum dark brown color schemes and sees the shoe constructed in a mixture of materials that include leather, suede and mesh. The shoe’s brown base covers the entirety of the upper while black highlights the leather Swoosh on the lateral, laces, inner lining and tongue branding. A monogram all-over “Leo” print is seen on the side panels, as well as the tongue labels and insoles. The shoe sits on a black, speckled midsole that sits atop a gum dark brown rubber outsole to round out the design.
Previewed below, the 2023 iteration of the Nike Air Force 1 Low Halloween comes dressed in an all-Black upper that is constructed out of a mix of tumbled leather on the underlays and quarter panels with snakeskin details. More of the same faux reptile texture can be found on the eyestay, toe, heel, and Swoosh overlays. The all-Black aesthetic is then met with Orange Nike branding on the tongue tags, Metallic Silver jack-o-lantern lace dubraes and custom insoles portraying a dark eerie forest with Swoosh-carved pumpkins. A Black midsole and Neon Green semi-translucent outsole round out the main features of the sneaker.
